NJ Transit Nearly Back To Normal After Delays

NEW YORK -- Amtrak signal problems caused NJ Transit train delays on Monday, but service was nearly back to normal by noon.As of 11 a.m., there were residual delays of up to 30 minutes on the Northeast Corridor, New Jersey Coast Lines and Raritan Valley lines.Jersey Central Power & Light commercial power lines fell across the tracks in Montville earlier on Monday, causing the closure of the Montclair-Boonton line in both directions for over an hour before it was reopened at 7 a.m.
