A Republican strategist told business network CNBC that Sen. John McCain has chosen Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin as his running mate, although the presumptive Republican nominee for the Presidency has not confirmed that information.
The possible Veep pick was leaked as information was released indicating that Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty was not McCain's choice, and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney said that it was unlikely that he would be picked.
