The hotel is located just yards away from ground zero on the opposite side of Broadway in lower Manhattan. And at 57 stories high, the Millenium Hilton is one of New York City's tallest hotels.

The hotel was badly damaged by the terrorist attacks and reopened in April after $31 million worth of reconstruction work.
