NEW YORK -- An Orange County man was caught on tape driving his SUV through a convenience store wall and loading an ATM machine into it before driving away, police said.

The man is seen on the store's surveillance tape backing up his SUV through the glass doors. He then jumps out and loads the ATM machine into the back of the SUV before driving away.

Windsor police Detective Dan Breen remembered stopping the vehicle several months prior to the incident after reviewing the surveillance video.

Police checked the residence of the vehicle's owner in Florida, N.Y. and found it in the suspect's driveway with glass fragments still on it. Police obtained a search warrant and found the stolen ATM machine in the kitchen of the suspect.

Police arrested Eric Figueroa, 39, and charged him with burglary and criminal mischief.
