NEW YORK -- A cement truck fatally struck a woman on a notoriously dangerous street in Queens on Wednesday, police said.The truck hit the woman, who police said was in her 60s, at Queens Boulevard and Woodhaven Boulevard, near the Queens Center Mall in Elmhurst.The truck remained at the scene after the incident.
