MTA Says Subway Back To Normal After Signal Problems

NEW YORK -- The MTA said subway service was back to normal on Tuesday after signal problems caused delays on four train lines.

Signal problems at the 59th-Columbus Circle Station had caused trains to be delayed and rerouted along the A, B, C and D trains.
