MTA Says Subway Back To Normal After Signal Problems

The MTA said subway service was back to normal on Tuesday after signal problems caused delays on four train lines.

Signal problems at the 59th-Columbus Circle Station had caused trains to be delayed and rerouted along the A, B, C and D trains.
