PUERTO LIMON, Costa Rica -- A Costa Rican man said he's made an unlikely friend in a 16-foot crocodile.
Gilberto Graham has seemingly domesticated the 1,000-pound crocodile, starting his own show with the animal in the port city of Limon.When asked if he's afraid, Graham said that he trusts the animal.Graham claimed he found the crocodile wounded by a bullet five years ago.It had been shot by a farmer who wanted to keep it from eating his cows.Graham claimed that he nursed the croc back to health, eventually gaining its confidence.
