Mike Nugent left the Jets' Week 1 game with a bruised thigh. Nugent was injured on a missed field goal try. The next drive, the Jets passed up a 39 yard field goal and opted to go for it on 4th and 13. They scored and then went for two. Kellen Clemens was seen on the sideline practicing kicks. Brett Ratliff, QB - Jets

Jets declared QB Brett Ratliff, QB Erik Ainge, WR Marcus Henry, WR David Clowney, CB Justin Miller, LB/DE Kenwin Cummings, OL Robert Turner, and DL Kareem Brown inactive for Week 1 against the Dolphins. Ratliff never did pass Kellen Clemens on the depth chart. Chansi Stuckey and Brad Smith figure to share third receiver snaps with Clowney hurt. (Sep. 07, - 12:02 PM CDT - Source: )

Laveranues Coles, WR - Jets
